Do I need an account?
No. Free direct transfers start in your browser. No signup, email, or credit card needed. Open Zen Kloud on both devices and pair them.
Can I send files around the world?
Yes. You can Zen Kloud files across cities or around the world. Pair your devices over the internet, accept the transfer, and make the drop. Keep both devices online with the web app open until the transfer is complete. A direct connection depends on the devices’ networks.
Where do my files go?
Directly to the device you’ve paired with, over an encrypted connection. Your recipient accepts the transfer. Our servers help set up the connection, but don’t carry or store your Free direct-transfer files.
What can I send?
Photos, documents, audio, videos, and other files up to 100 MiB each on the current Free direct-transfer plan. Keep both devices online and the web app open until the drop is complete. A direct connection depends on the devices’ networks.
